Seán has vast experience in providing claims guidance, contractual advice and expert analysis specifically relating to quantum. He has prepared Contractors’ Claims for EOT and Prolongation, including Internal Prolongation Cost Evaluation Guides. As Director, Seán has prepared / reviewed various bespoke contractual claims, in relation to forensic cost analysis for delay / disruption / acceleration. He led the team responsible for preparing new Construction Contracts in conjunction with the Supreme Council for the FIFA 2022 Stadiums in Qatar and nationally liaising with legal firms to prepare and guide them for COVID- related claims.

Bringing over twenty-five years’ extensive International experience in both public and private sectors (Major International Contractors, Project Management Companies and Government Organisations). Having a proven track record in developing strategic solutions within budgetary guidelines on Mega Projects internationally, his expertise has permitted him to oversee all commercial functions to ensure maximum effectiveness in meeting Clients’ expectations
