Paul has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and in a broad field of infrastructure industries including commercial and residential buildings, oil & gas, process plants, airports, rail, civil engineering and nuclear. Paul has managed both contentious and non-contentious contractual matters in North America, Europe, South America, Australia, the Middle east and the Far East. Paul is currently serving as an ODACC Adjudicator and MTO/ORBA referee, completing a number files as Chair and sole 3rd party neutral. Paul is a barrister at law of England & Wales, and is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Paul recently had his work published with contribution to ‘Introduction to Construction Contract Management’.
